The Office of Student Development at Payap University held a Grand Opening Ceremony for its new "Wellness Center" (fitness center) on the 27th of April, 2011.  This fitness center will be open to all faculty, staff, and students, and is consistent with the university's efforts to encourage physical fitness through exercise and healthy living.  The event was presided over by the President, Dr. Pradit Takernrangsarit.  The Wellness Center is located in the Omega Men's dormitory, located on the East Mae Khao campus side of Payap University.
